I can’t register.

Are you accessing the site from an approved browser? We recommend Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome. The only circumstance that would prevent you from registering is using an email address that has already been registered. Try using a different email address. Please be sure to record the email address and password you use during registration.

I can’t hear the audio.

Do you know you have a sound card? Can you hear other programs online? Have you installed the latest Flash player from www.adobe.com? Is your volume turned up? While on a lesson page can you see the progress bar moving with the audio controls?

I can't open the text documents.

Have you installed Adobe Acrobat reader from www.adobe.com?
